Far-reaching
GTC members (Grainger County, Washington County, and Cocke County) met to
discuss strategies for developing supply and demand for sustainable food production
in Cosby and also gather information to possibly duplicate the effort in the
Rutledge and/or Grainger County area. First item on Agenda: starting up a
local Farmers' Market in Cosby.
